Original Artwork

All originals are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

 

Limited Edition Giclee Prints

All limited edition prints are processed within 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise (please refer to the product description). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Commissions

Commissioned paintings are estimated 6-8 weeks for completion but can be longer depending on the schedule or waitlist. A more specific timeline will be given when the details of the project are finalized.

Completed commissions ship immediately after dry time.

 

Address Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so within 3 days of purchase using the email link provided at the bottom of the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
